Maret Delf

Maret Delf is currently the General Counsel at Amplify Partners. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Norwest Venture Partners from July 2019 to May 2021. There, they worked closely with Norwest investment professionals, co-investors, board members and portfolio company founders and CEOs on a wide variety of legal activities across Norwest’s global funds. BeforeNorwest, Maret worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP from October 2015 to May 2019 where they led deal teams on over 250 Preferred Stock venture capital financings, representing both investors and companies. Maret has also attended client Board meetings to provide advice, and held several internal leadership positions within the firm.

Maret Delf graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Marketing with Honors and a B.S. in Psychology with Honors. Maret then attended Stanford Law School, where they received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
