Alona Makarov

Alona Makarov has worked in various bookkeeping and accounting roles throughout their career. Alona started their most recent position as a Senior Bookkeeper and payroll accountant at Amplio in December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Bookkeeper at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from June 2019 to December 2021. From May 2016 to September 2018, they worked as an Accounting and payroll manager at Motus GI Holdings, Inc., where they set up the accounting department, managed all accounting duties, and prepared financial statements. Before that, they were a Bookkeeper at Labstyle Innovations from June 2014 to February 2016 and at Lumenis from March 2011 to May 2014.

Alona Makarov pursued their education from 1995 to 2020 at MAUP, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. Between 2006 and 2008, they also attended the College of Management in Haifa, Israel, specializing in Bookkeeping. Furthermore, from 1997 to 2001, they obtained another Master's degree in Accounting from the Inter Regional Academy of Personnel Management.
