Keren Ron

Keren Ron has extensive experience in HR management. Keren currently works at Amplio as an HR business partner. Prior to this, they were the HR manager at Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. from September 2019 to April 2021. From January 2018 to September 2019, Keren worked as an HR manager at CrediFi, a fast-growing Big Data start-up in the commercial real estate finance market. In 2017, they served as an HR manager on behalf of Picaro at otonomo, and in 2016, they held the same role at BlueVine. Keren's HR career began in 2000 at VocalTec Communications Ltd. as a recruitment coordinator in the HR department, where they conducted interviews, managed recruiting processes, and provided support to employees and managers. Keren then moved on to PeerApp in 2006, where they founded and managed the HR department at the Israeli headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, setting HR objectives aligned with company goals and market changes.

Keren Ron attended Tel Aviv University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Education.
