Adrian Wragg

Adrian Wragg has a strong background in software development and engineering. Adrian is currently working at AMPLYFI as a Lead Backend Engineer, a position they have held since January 2020. Previously, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from January 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining AMPLYFI, Adrian worked as a Senior Developer at Global Response/International Medical Group from June 2018 to January 2019.

From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Digital Morphosis as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for managing a number of clients and overseeing projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Adrian also gained experience as a Software Developer at DeSL from November 2011 to March 2012. Adrian was involved in projects focused on re-engineering user interfaces for their PLM system.

Prior to that, they served as a Technical Manager at Logic Software from September 2004 to November 2011. In this position, they led and architectured various projects utilizing the Microsoft development toolkit.

Adrian's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Nielsen Media Research from January 2004 to July 2004, Senior e-Developer at Centauri Ltd from November 2000 to December 2003, Software Developer at EDS Defence Ltd from November 1998 to November 2000, and Technical Executive at E-Marketing Ltd from April 1995 to November 1998.

Adrian Wragg has a diverse education history with a focus on information security and computer science. Adrian obtained their Master's Degree in Information Security and Computer Crime from the University of South Wales, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College London, graduating between 1993 and 1997. Further back, Adrian attended Peter Symonds College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied subjects such as Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Adrian obtained the CMI Level 4 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in September 2021. Adrian also achieved certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in June 2021. In July 2014, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International. Lastly, Adrian became a Microsoft Certified Professional in July 1998.
