Nishant Bhand

Nishant Bhand is a Product Development Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a focus on component design and technical drawing generation. Currently employed at Ampowr since September 2022, Nishant utilizes Autodesk tools to create 2D and 3D designs and apply DFMEA principles for product manufacturing. Prior experience includes designing injection-molded and sheet metal components for Cleantron Cleantech Batteries and developing electric drivetrains during a master's thesis project at AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center. Nishant has also completed a Graduate Engineering Trainee program at Shiv Industries and holds multiple master’s degrees in Sustainable Automotive Engineering and Automotive Engineering Technology from various European universities, along with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
