Dan Frederick is the current Principal and Founding Partner at AMPS. Dan has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in hybrid and electric vehicles. Prior to their current position, Dan was the President of Alternative Motive Power Systems, LLC. and Alternative Motive Power Systems. During their tenure as President, Dan was responsible for the design, development, and build of three identical lightweight tactical concept vehicles. These vehicles emphasized occupant survivability while meeting four overarching primary research objectives. Dan's experience in system integration assistance, wire harness design, overall vehicle control architecture, and vehicle control programming was instrumental in the success of the project.
After getting their undergraduate degree from Cornerstone University in Biblical Studies-Missions-Greek, Dan Frederick went on to attend The Ohio State University.
