Emmanuel Elebesunu

Emmanuel Elebesunu is an accomplished intern medical laboratory scientist at National Hospital Abuja, specializing in advanced diagnostic techniques and molecular diagnosis of tuberculosis. With a robust background in health advocacy, Emmanuel coordinates the SFDP Africa AIDS Project and has contributed significantly to public health communications as a medical journalist for the Society for Disease Prevention, Inc. Additionally, Emmanuel is involved with several organizations, including the International AIDS Society as an HIVR4P Journalism Fellow and the Clinton Global Initiative as a 2021 CGI-U Fellow. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and has demonstrated leadership as the founder and executive director of the Biomedical Students Mentorship and Research Society.
