Fazal Ahmed

Fazal Ahmed's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Amreli Steels Limited since October 2022. Fazal is responsible for directing the finance and accounts function, assisting in formulating business strategies, and working as a partner to the CEO. Prior to this role, Fazal served as the Chief Operations Officer and CFO at Amreli Steels Limited from August 2008 to February 2023. Fazal has also held various executive positions in different organizations such as FBN (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamic Investment Bank Limited, LTV Capital Modaraba, Bankers Equity Limited, InterAsia Leasing Company Limited, and First Interfund Modaraba.

Fazal Ahmed completed their Matric education in Science at St Bonaventure High School from 1978 to 1980. Fazal then pursued their Intermediate education in Science at Government Degree Science College from 1981 to 1983. Fazal obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Government College of Commerce from 1983 to 1985. Finally, they completed their ACMA degree specializing in Financial Management, Advanced Accounting, Advance Cost Accounting, and Managerial Accounting at the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan from 1985 to 1993.
