Aarti Wagle

Aarti is an Amrut veteran and has grown through the ranks since joining us. She’s an extremely capable project and people manager who oversees the delivery of all teams and projects at our biggest and oldest BPO account. Her knowledge of our BPO business and of our customer’s requirements is unrivaled. Aarti is known for her eye for operational detail and quality metrics, level-headed analysis of situations, ability to manage risks, finesse in managing her team of 100+ staff, and smart, data-driven decision-making commerce graduate with additional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma from the Asian Institute of Quality Management, Aarti’s skills in management have gotten even better in recent years as she balances bringing up her chirpy four-year-old daughter with the challenge of deepening Amrut’s engagement with its premiere BPO customer.
