Derrek Hornbaker

Derrek Hornbaker is a seasoned network operations professional with extensive experience in managing high-availability datacenter networks and IT support across various organizations. Currently serving as Network Operations Manager and formerly as Senior Network Engineer at AMS DataSerfs, Inc. since August 2020, Derrek has designed and installed complex network systems. Prior roles include Network Engineer at Wipro Limited, where Derrek provided services to an international company, and Systems Engineer at Adtech-IT, focusing on personalized IT support. Additional experience includes technical and logistical roles in multiple organizations, such as Modesto PC and Alpha Media USA, showcasing a versatile skill set in IT operations, client management, and event coordination. Derrek holds two Associate of Science degrees in Computer Network Security Technician and Computer Network Technician from San Joaquin Delta College and has furthered education at Western Governors University.
