Rachel Smart

Rachel Smart is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of HR at Amscreen since September 2021, Rachel previously held the position of HR Manager at Soho Flordis International and Regional HR Manager at Princes Limited, where oversight included three manufacturing plants in the UK. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Nutricia, Honeywell Process Solutions, O2, Vimto Soft Drinks, and Alstom Transmission and Distribution. Rachel Smart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield between 1993 and 1997.
