Jonathan Steele

Jonathan Steele has extensive experience in real estate development and construction, currently serving in Development and Construction at Amsdell Companies since February 2022. As a consultant with CenterLine Project Services since 2011, Jonathan guides clients through the design and development process, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project execution. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Development at HORNE PARTNERS, LLC from 2019 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing a national portfolio of self-storage and mixed-use properties and developing an internal reporting system. Prior roles include overseeing operations for Greenbox Self Storage and leading a DIY moving start-up, Red Wagon Rentals, emphasizing innovative, green energy solutions. Jonathan's foundational experience in project leadership spans retail and mixed-use developments with Total Real Estate Development. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sports Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
