Pauline Roussel

Pauline Roussel is currently working at AMSOM Habitat as a Responsable clientèle and Coordonnateur. In this role, Pauline is responsible for leading a team of 14 field collaborators, managing relationships with external companies, budget tracking, purchasing, conducting annual individual reviews, organizing leaves, recruitment, technical monitoring, collaboration with internal departments, and managing client inquiries. Prior to this, Pauline held roles at OPAC d’Amiens, ASMIS, Office Public de l'Habitat Amiens, CHU Amiens-Picardie, and Maison de santé de Poix de Picardie. Pauline graduated from Lycée Saint Remi with a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Assistant(e) de direction / secrétaire de direction.
