Matthew Chavez

Matthew Chavez is an experienced professional in the engineering and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Global Business Development at Amsted Automotive since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to achieve timely program launches and providing technical support to clients in the automotive and heavy duty truck markets. Prior experience includes a role as an Application Engineer at GKN plc, focusing on major agricultural OEMs and collaborating with John Deere, along with experience as a Product/Design Engineer supporting military and off-highway vehicle applications. Earlier in career, Matthew worked in inside sales at Banner Plumbing Supply, specializing in water heater sizing and project quotations.
