Chris Athas

Chris Athas has a vast work experience in the legal field. Chris started their career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 2000. After six years, they joined Jones Day where they worked as an Associate until 2009 and then became a Partner from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, Athas joined Amsted Industries as an Assistant General Counsel and later became the Vice President-General Counsel and Secretary in 2017. This showcases their progression and growth within the legal profession.

Chris Athas attended Rice University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. From 1997 to 2000, they attended the University of Chicago Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
