Matthias Mast

Matthias Mast currently serves as a lecturer for "Niedertemperaturnetze" in the CAS Thermische Netze program at HSLU Hochschule Luzern since December 2023. With extensive experience at Amstein + Walthert since June 2015 as Engineering Team Lead and Junior Project Manager, Matthias specializes in feasibility studies and engineering of low-temperature networks and energy supply systems for various sectors. Previous roles include Senior Researcher at the Future Cities Laboratory in Singapore, where Matthias coordinated the Low Exergy research group, and a Researcher at ETH Zürich's Building Systems Group. Matthias holds a Doctorate in Building Systems from ETH Zürich and a Dipl.-Ing. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
