Jaap Jonkman

Jaap Jonkman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational growth, and strategic partnerships. Currently, Jaap serves as the Chair of Amsterdam City Swim, an annual event raising funds for ALS research. Previously, Jaap held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included developing future senior leaders and enhancing team effectiveness. Jaap's past roles include Facilitator/Coach at Conversant, Director of Shared Value at Save the Children Australia, and several senior positions at National Australia Bank, managing talent, capability, and business development. Jaap began a career in banking with ABN AMRO Bank after completing military service as a Platoon Commander in the Royal Dutch Army. An alumnus of Erasmus University Rotterdam, Jaap holds a Master's degree in Business Economics.
