Casper Rutjes has an extensive work experience that spans across various industries. Casper is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Amsterdam Data Collective (ADC), a Data & AI Consultancy in Europe. In this role, they are responsible for R&D, (Tech) Partnerships, consulting quality & standardization, and IT. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Public Sector and Artificial Intelligence Expert at ADC.

Before joining ADC, Rutjes worked at Solid Professionals as a Managing Consultant Finance & Risk, where they led a team of 10 consultants in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) competence center. Casper also served as a Senior Consultant Finance & Risk, specializing in machine learning and its applications in the regulated financial sector.

Rutjes' academic background includes a Ph.D. in research from Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica. Casper also co-founded a startup called Doorkennen, where they provided workshops, lectures, and tailored private courses in the field of humanities and science.
