Rafał Stępień

Rafał Stępień is a highly skilled software architect and engineering manager with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Software Architect at SpotOnMedics since March 2023, Rafał specializes in developing innovative medtech software for the Dutch financing sector. Additionally, Rafał has held the role of Engineering Manager at Amsterdam Standard and has been involved as a Senior Software Developer and Chief Technology Officer at CodeLabi, focusing on customized software solutions. As a co-founder of HardFork, Rafał connects business and WEB3 communities. With a background in programming education, Rafał has taught numerous coding webinars and has contributed to various projects across multiple companies, including Cortex Intelligent Automation and Codecool. Rafał holds an Engineer's degree and a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow and is currently pursuing further education at the same institution.
