Chuck Schneider

Chuck Schneider has extensive work experience in the technology and software industry. Chuck began their career as a Member Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories (Lucent) in 1986, where they worked until 1995.

In 1996, Schneider joined concero as Vice President, leading the establishment and rapid expansion of the consulting practice in the 10-state Western Region. Chuck had full regional P&L responsibility, overseeing sales, service delivery, and supervision of 54 employees in multiple offices. Schneider remained with concero until 2002.

Schneider then joined Embarcadero Systems Corp in 2003 as VP Professional Services. Chuck played a significant role in the company's commercial unit, contributing to their growth from zero commercial revenue in 2002 to a run rate of nearly $20M/year in 2005. Schneider also led the software development, product management, and sales for ESC's Automotive Terminal Operating System. they stayed with Embarcadero Systems Corp until 2006.

During their time at Navis International LLC from 2006 to 2009, Schneider served as Vice President, leading teams that delivered consulting and software development services to maritime and supply chain customers worldwide. Chuck was responsible for creating the methodology and approach that allowed Navis to win and successfully implement large-scale system integration projects. Schneider also led successful terminal operating system software deployments in the Asia Pacific region.

Schneider returned to Navis in 2009 as Vice President, Business Development, a position they held until 2012 when they joined Cargotec Corporation. At Cargotec, Schneider served as Vice President Operations, Automation until 2014.

In 2014, Schneider rejoined Navis as Vice President & General Manager, a role they held until 2020 when they became Chief Commercial Officer. Finally, in 2022, Schneider assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Amtech Software.

Chuck Schneider has a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Cornell University. Chuck also holds a BSEET degree from Devry, although their field of study during this time is unspecified.
