Chip Russell

Chip Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the environmental services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Matter Management Enterprises, LLC, since March 2010, Chip leads a full-service company based in Birmingham, Alabama, offering a range of services from waste collection to metals recycling and operating the state's largest service area landfill. Concurrently, Chip holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Amwaste, also since March 2010. Prior to these roles, Chip worked as a Project Engineer at Hodges, Harbin, Newberry & Tribble, Inc. from January 2007 to March 2010, focusing on civil and environmental design and permitting in the solid waste and mining industries. Chip Russell earned a degree in Environmental Engineering from Mercer University.
