Imran Zaman has over 20 years of experience in various positions within the Amway organization. Imran began their career in 1998 as a Marketing Assistant, and gradually progressed through roles such as Product Marketer, Product Manager, and Portfolio Manager, where they focused on health, beauty, and home cleaning categories.
In 2008, Imran became the European Distributor & Consumer Experience Director, where they managed market research, online marketing, segmentation, CRM, and sponsorship & spokespersons operations. Imran also introduced a European-based Customer Loyalty Program during their tenure.
From 2010 to 2013, Imran served as the European Marketing Communications Director, overseeing marketing communications strategies across traditional and digital media in Europe and South Africa. Imran streamlined corporate communications and established a marketing communications organization to improve processes.
In 2013, Imran took on the role of Russia Marketing Director for Amway, leading regional marketing strategies, trade marketing, brand and portfolio management, communications, and public relations. Imran served on the management board and achieved 6% business growth during this time.
Imran's most recent positions include Chief Marketing Officer (Europe, India, Russia, Africa), Chief Experience Officer, and Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Amway Europe. In these roles, they implemented multinational marketing and digital strategies, executed strategic initiatives, and led the digital transformation efforts to support the organization's long-term strategy.
Throughout their career, Imran has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration with executive teams, and a focus on driving growth and enhancing customer and distributor experiences.
Imran Zaman completed their BA HONS Combined Studies degree in Marketing & Computing from De Montfort University in 1995. Additionally, in 1994, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing (CIM) from the same university.
