Tetiana Dukhota

Tetiana Dukhota has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tetiana worked at Amway Europe starting in 2013, where they held various roles including Head of HR at Amway Ukraine/HRBP Finance CoE ESAN, Head of HR at Amway Ukraine, and Head of HR at Amway Ukraine/HR Business Partner Supply Chain Russia Kazakhstan Ukraine. Tetiana also served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee training. Prior to their time at Amway Europe, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant/BDM at BigFish Executive Solutions, a Recruitment Consultant at ANCOR, and a Recruitment Consultant at New Recruiting Group. Tetiana began their career as an HR Assistant at Domotekhnika and an Administrative Secretary at Business Link.

From 2005 to 2010, Tetiana Dukhota attended Kiev University of Tourism, Economics and Law and obtained a Specialist degree in Organizational Management, with a focus on business management and enterprise management.
