Irina Menshikova

Irina Menshikova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Irina started their career at Philip Morris Kazakhstan as a Supervisor Reporting in 1994. Irina then joined Oriflame Kazakhstan in 2003 and held various roles including Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2010, they joined Amway and served as the Sales Director Russia and later as Vice President of Sales and Operations. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Managing Director for Russia, Ukraine & Central Asia, where they focused on driving digital transformation and supporting small entrepreneurship. Currently, they are the President of Amway Japan, a position they have held since 2023. Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth and transformation.

Irina Menshikova holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Naucemkie technologii i ekonomika innovatsii from Bauman Moscow State Technical University (2022-2023). Irina also completed an online program in Organizational Leadership from INSEAD in 2019. Their earlier education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Manchester - Manchester Business School (2007-2011). Additionally, Irina has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants, UK, although the duration of their study for this degree is unspecified.
