Carmen VacaGuzmán has extensive experience in technology and digital transformation across multiple markets, currently serving as the Director of Technology for West Markets at Amway, overseeing regions including Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Central Asia, and Latin America. Previously, Carmen held the position of Director of the Global Transformation Office for West Markets and Head of Digital & Change Management for Latin America at Amway. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor and Auditor for global assignments at Alticor Inc. and serving as Committee Chair for The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
