Elena Kourdina

Elena Kourdina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales incentives and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Incentive Specialist at Amway since January 2022, Elena has also held key roles such as Build Master and Environment Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Treasurer at AYSO from June 2019 to May 2021, Project Manager at Big Data Ignite for a brief tenure in 2020, and COO of Mitra Household from March 2009 to June 2020.
