Ericka W.

Ericka W. has over a decade of experience in finance and management, currently serving as Director of Finance and LATAM CFO at Amway since July 2010. Previously, Ericka held multiple roles within Amway, including Manager of Global Internal Audit and Crisis Management Program Manager, among others, demonstrating a deep expertise in treasury and change management. Prior to Amway, Ericka worked at Walmart as a Cash Management Lead from April 2009 to June 2010. Ericka holds a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, along with recent studies at Davenport University from 2022 to 2023.
