Marko Kokic

Marko Kokic has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various roles in medical affairs and training. Marko currently serves as the Head of Regional Medical Affairs EMEA, ALS at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of EU Medical Affairs at bluebird bio from 2018 to 2021. Marko also has experience at Prothena Corporation plc as a Medical Training and Education professional in 2018. Marko Kokic spent a significant portion of their career at BiogenIdec, where they served as an Associate Director of Global Medical from 2010 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Medical Affairs Manager from 2007 to 2010.

Marko Kokic has a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy from ETH Zürich, which they obtained between 1992 and 1997. Marko then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in an unspecified field of study at ETH Zürich from 1997 to 2002. Finally, they completed a University Professional of Advanced Studies program in Pharmaceutical Medicine at the European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM) from 2007 to 2009.
