Pat Cogan

Pat Cogan has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Pat is currently the Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sarepta Therapeutics, where they served as the Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from August 2017 to July 2021. Pat also held the position of Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant at Sarepta Therapeutics from June 2015 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Pat worked as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant at Rapid Micro Biosystems in 2015 and as a Senior Consultant at FORUM Pharmaceuticals from February 2014 to December 2014. Pat also has experience at State Street, where they served as the Vice President of Business Unit Controller for Institutional Investor Services from March 2012 to September 2013 and as the Area Controller for Corporate Functions from April 2007 to March 2012. Pat's career began at Teradyne, where they worked as a Division Controller from September 1990 to April 2007. Pat started their professional journey at Coopers & Lybrand, where they held the role of Supervisor from September 1986 to September 1990. Overall, Pat has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting.

Pat Cogan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
