Michele Berno

Michele Berno has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources field since 2000. Her first position was an internship at Visteon Sistemas Automotivos in 2001. Michele then held an internship at Max Estratégias Humanas in 2000, followed by an HR Analyst role at Santander Banespa in 2002. From 2005 to 2007, Michele was an HR Generalist at Corn Products Brasil, where they were responsible for leading and implementing core division and global processes and programs. In 2011, they took on the role of HR Regional Manager- South America at Ingredion Brasil. From 2013 to 2019, Michele held two roles at Ingredion Incorporated, first as HR Manager and then as HR Manager- Organizational Development. Most recently, they have been working as Manager, HRBP and Talent Management- Latam at LUBRIZOL LIMITED since 2019. In 2021, Michele began their current role as HR Director at Amyris.

Michele Berno completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Universidade São Marcos from 1998 to 2003. Michele then attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Post Bachelor in Human Resources Management. In 2011, they attended FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração for Business Management.
