Dylan Seay

Dylan Seay is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement management. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Deputy Plant Manager at Amy's Kitchen, Dylan focuses on enhancing organizational standards and fostering problem-solving capabilities among team members. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at Amy's Kitchen, where Dylan facilitated project approvals and recommended facility enhancements, as well as Manufacturing Project Engineer and Research and Development Engineer at JELD-WEN, Inc., leading capital projects and conducting laboratory tests. Dylan began a career in engineering with a Mechanical Engineer position at GroVolution LLC and gained initial industry experience as a Manufacturing Associate at Nosler, Inc. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
