Lauren Schulman

Lauren Schulman is an experienced Research and Development Scientist currently employed at Simple Mills since April 2023. Previously, Lauren held roles at Amy's Kitchen from December 2018 to April 2023, first as a Raw Material - R&D Food Technologist and later as a Product Development - R&D Food Technologist, where responsibilities included partnering with sourcing on strategic projects, managing raw material categories, and developing formulations for a wide range of products. Earlier experience includes an internship at Urban Remedy Inc. in 2017, focusing on sensory testing and product formulation. Lauren Schulman earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2018.
