Laura M. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, client relationship management, and research. As the Founder of Process Atlas since January 2023, and the Chief Operating Officer of AMZ Pathfinder since June 2018, Laura has led numerous departments in a prominent Amazon advertising agency, emphasizing a client-first approach. Previous experience includes serving as Channel Account Manager at Distology Limited, where Laura honed essential sales skills and developed expertise in cyber security. With a PhD in Molecular Biology focused on mitochondrial genetics from The University of Manchester, and a BSc in the same field from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Laura also contributed to a non-lab project at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County during the PhD program. Early in career, Laura gained customer service experience as a Sales Assistant at Clarks.
