Hanife Tokdemir is an accomplished professional in quality management systems with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Quality Management Systems Manager at Anadolu Etap since October 2019, Hanife focuses on implementing the standardized food safety system FSSC22000 in fruit juice factories and leading digitalization projects for quality processes. Previously, as Quality Assurance Manager at Endemix, responsibilities included establishing quality assurance systems according to FSSC22000 requirements and managing third-party audits. Hanife also gained valuable experience as a Hygienic Design & Sanitation Expert at Mondelēz International and as a Food Safety Executive at IFF, where adherence to stringent quality standards was essential. Beginning a career as Quality Leader at ARTEMİS GIDA SAN VE TİC.A.Ş., foundational skills in HACCP and ISO 9001 systems were developed. Hanife holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Ege University and completed high school in Mathematics at AVCILAR SÜLEYMAN NAZİF HIGH SCHOOL.
