Amanda DeMello has extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as a Loyalty Program Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Coordinator for the Anaheim Ducks since August 2021. Prior roles include Membership Services Coordinator and Representative with the Oakland Athletics, as well as positions with the Tampa Bay Rays in various membership services capacities and a guest research role at Walt Disney World. Amanda has also interned in athletic marketing at the University of Tampa and event management at the University of South Florida, demonstrating strong skills in customer service and marketing. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Tampa, earned in 2016.
