Paul Andresen

Paul Andresen has extensive experience in organizational leadership and development, currently serving as a Personnel Commissioner for the Anaheim Union High School District since 2016 and as a consultant for Andresen Consulting since 2015. Previously, Paul held various prominent leadership roles within the YMCA, including Interim President & CEO of the YMCA of Superior California, Interim CEO of Golden State YMCA, and President & CEO of Anaheim Family YMCA, where a career spanned 44 years leading to retirement in 2015. Educationally, Paul attended George Williams College from 1969 to 1971.
