Peter Favazza

Peter Favazza is an experienced engineer specializing in verification and validation with a strong background in firmware design and electrical engineering. Currently serving as an Independent Verification and Validation Engineer at Analogic since October 2019, Peter has prior experience as a Firmware Design Qualification Engineer at Sensitech, where responsibilities included designing and conducting firmware level tests for temperature data loggers. Additionally, Peter held the position of Principal Electrical Engineer at Osram Sylvania, focusing on firmware validation for the Solid State Lighting Division, and has a comprehensive history of roles in software testing, including senior positions at Axcelis Technologies and Draeger. Early career experiences include SQA engineering at Varian Semiconductor and release engineering at PictureTel, complemented by military service as a Communications Sergeant in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. Peter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College.
