Calvin Lau

Calvin Lau currently serves as an Assistant Training Officer at ATAL Engineering Group, where responsibilities include training over 1,000 employees in soft skills and new joiners orientation, organizing an apprenticeship training program, and developing an online learning platform to promote self-learning. Calvin has also automated HR workflows, conducted training needs analysis, and established a virtual training chatbot to enhance employee experience. Previous experience includes a role as Training Assistant, where programming a robot for internal training and automating data processes were key tasks. Prior to ATAL, Calvin worked at CLP, contributing to employee engagement through work-life balance workshops and developing health and wellbeing programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, for which recognition was received. Calvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.
