Debbie Testerman

Debbie Testerman currently serves as a Senior Legislative Analyst at ANSER, Inc. since September 2002, focusing on the Office of the CIO within the Department of Defense. Prior to this role, Testerman worked as a Senior Analyst at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from March 1994 to September 2001, where duties included acting as a Client Specialist for Legislative Affairs. Testerman began a career in public service as a Staff Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Banking from June 1992 to February 1994. Academically, Testerman holds a Master of Public and International Affairs degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1990 and 1992, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from The University of the South, earned from 1984 to 1988.
