Jimmy Choi

Jimmy Choi is an experienced project team manager currently leading a team of 30 senior staff support personnel at ANSER since January 2021. Choi provides policy and strategic guidance to modernize tactical communications systems within the Department of Defense, collaborating closely with various services and joint staff to articulate requirements and acquisition roadmaps. Previous roles include Military Requirements and Acquisitions Strategy positions at Amentum and AECOM/URS/EG&G, and overseeing advanced tactical network programs (Link 16) as the Requirements Officer at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Choi has also served as the Pacific Fleet Tactical Air Requirements Officer, Deputy Program Manager at Naval Air Systems Command, and a contingency planner for USCENTCOM. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in General Science from the United States Naval Academy.
