Nigel Schneider is a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Analytical Services and Materials, Inc. (AS&M) since October 2017, responsible for the design, analysis, and testing of advanced deployment mechanisms for the ACS3 mission, including integration with the spacecraft bus. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as a Design Engineer for Northrop Grumman from April 2012 to September 2017, providing design and analysis support for NASA Langley Research Center's wind tunnel models and human space flight projects. Nigel also served as a Design Engineer at Orbital ATK from August 2011 to September 2012, continuing work as a contractor at NASA Langley Research Center. Educationally, Nigel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
