Franka Rolvink Couzy

Franka Rolvink Couzy is an experienced leader and educator, currently serving as the Founder of JOMO Change since May 2022, focusing on decision-making and conscious leadership. Roles include Member of The Supervisory Board at Analytics for a Better World, Member of SER Topvrouwen, University Teacher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam teaching Leadership and Change Management, and Leadership Expert at MT/Sprout, where Franka writes columns on leadership. Previously, Franka was the Head of Sector Research at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and held significant editorial positions at Het Financieele Dagblad, including Innovation Journalist and Chief Editor. An entrepreneur, Franka also founded JoMo Media to publish a self-written youth novel. Franka holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed various specialized courses in finance and journalism.
