Bhasker Gupta

Bhasker Gupta has a strong background in the analytics and technology industry. Bhasker founded AIM Research in 2012 and served as the Founder & CEO. At AIM Research, they created Analytics India Magazine, a platform that provides information on analytics from the Indian context. In 2021, they founded MachineHack, a platform aiming to disrupt the competitive coding and talent discovery industry for machine learning. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Bhasker worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President - Market Data Analytics from 2014 to 2015. Bhasker also held the role of Manager - Analytics at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to 2014 and Manager - Enterprise Business Intelligence at American Home Mortgage Servicing from 2010 to 2012. Bhasker began their career at Infosys in 2003, where they worked as a Senior Analyst - Specialist. At Infosys, they gained experience in CRM Analytics, Home Loan Risk Analytics, and Quants Research for various clients.

Bhasker Gupta has a Post Graduate in Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Business Analytics from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2012. Bhasker also holds a CFA Level 2 certification from the CFA Institute.
