M. Hoque Bappy has extensive experience in the field of advertising and marketing. M. Hoque started their career in 2009 as a Brand Executive at SHEKOR Ad, managing clients such as FBCCI, DCCI, and DU. M. Hoque then worked as a Coordinator at The Advertising Club, Dhaka, where they organized and managed high-profile events. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Executive at Promito Communications & Priyonti, overseeing digital advertising and marketing for clients such as Goldmark Biscuits and Oxford School. M. Hoque then joined ADCOMM Ltd as an Assistant Brand Service Manager and Senior Executive in Planning & Strategy. In these roles, they developed marketing strategies and executed campaigns for clients like Butterfly Group and LG Mobile Bangladesh. M. Hoque later worked as an Assistant Brand Service Manager and Senior Executive in Planning & Strategy at Bagher Bachcha Digital, where they formulated advertising and marketing strategies for clients such as PRAN-RFL Group and LG. Most recently, they have been working at Analyzen, first as a Key Account Manager, then as a Group Account Manager and Group Account Head. In these roles, they managed client accounts such as Pran-RFL Group and Asian Paints, developed client-agency relationships, and supervised account teams.

M. Hoque Bappy completed their education with a Master of Business Studies degree in Accounting from National University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Accounting from National University between 2006 and 2010. M. Hoque completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Business Studies from Rifles Public College in 2006 and their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Business Studies from Anjuman Model Govt. High School in 2004.
