Jelena Miletic

Jelena Miletic has over a decade of experience in the technology industry. Jelena started their career as a Software Engineer at Logisoft d.o.o in 2009 and became a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Smith Micro Software in 2012. After a year, they worked as an Officer in the Department for Projects and Organization - Business and System Analysis at Societe Generale before moving to Malta to become a Manager at Kid Genius - Malac Genijalac in 2017. In 2016, Jelena joined SKS365 Malta Ltd as a Senior Test Automation Engineer. Jelena recently worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer/Acting Team Lead at Ananas E-commerce, starting in 2022.

Jelena Miletic earned their Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and Information Technologies from the School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Serbia from 2004 to 2008, and then earned their Master of Science in System Engineering and Radio Communications from the same university from 2008 to 2010. Jelena completed their secondary education at Gimnazija Sremska Mitrovica from 2000 to 2004. Recently they obtained a certification in "JMeter: Performance and Load Testing" from LinkedIn in December 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Media and Communications.
