Shirish Pardeshi has had a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 1999 as a Field Promotion Manager at Colgate Palmolive India Limited. Shirish then moved on to become a Regional Sales Manager and later the Country Manager for Nepal at the same company, where they achieved significant revenue growth and built a profitable business infrastructure. In 2004, Pardeshi joined Bisleri International Limited as General Manager of Operations, overseeing business operations in multiple states and successfully launching new products. In 2006, they joined Anand Rathi Shares and Stock Brokers as Co-head of Research, before advancing to various executive director positions, including Head of Equity (Research and Sales) and Head of Consumer and Consumer Services Practice. In 2011, Pardeshi took on the role of Sector Expert at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), providing consumer sector expertise and strategic consulting. Throughout their career, Pardeshi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, product development expertise, and a track record of achieving business growth and success.
Shirish Pardeshi began their education at the University of Mumbai from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a B.Sc in Chemistry. After a gap in education, they pursued a MBA at Lancaster University from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Finance, Business Strategy, Marketing - Branding, and Business Leadership. Following this, they attended the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 2008 to 2011, earning a MFM degree with a specialization in Finance.
