Laurent Heyer

Laurent Heyer is a highly experienced professional in the fields of anesthesiology and critical care, currently serving as a Senior Project Development Manager at ANAP since March 2021 and as the Secretary General of the Conseil National Professionnel Anesthésie-Réanimation Médecine Péri-Opératoire since March 2020. Previously held roles include Medical Director at CPAM du Rhône and Deputy Head of Critical Care Unit at Hospices Civils de Lyon. Laurent has also served as President of the CNP-AR, where responsibilities included contributing to medical training and improving professional practices. Earlier career highlights include leading the Health Professional Training Division at Agence de la Biomedecine and working at AIR LIQUIDE MEDICAL SYSTEMS in research and development for respiratory assistance devices. Laurent holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universite Claude Bernard and a PhD from Université J Fourier, in addition to entrepreneurial studies at HEC Paris.
