Patrick Bollhalder

Patrick Bollhalder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick currently serves as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Anapaya Systems, where they lead and manages a team, sets performance targets, and drives results through coaching and development. Patrick also implements strategies to drive customer acquisition and maximize customer lifetime value.

Prior to their current role, Patrick founded Paddys-Races-Days in 2014, where they organized European motorcycle events with over 5.5k participants and managed service providers and stakeholders.

Patrick also has experience at Salt Mobile SA as the Director of SME & Large Corporate Accounts, where they led strategic and operational management of the sales area for Switzerland, expanding the market position through targeted sales management.

At Sunrise Communications AG, Patrick held various roles including Senior Manager/Head of B2B Enterprise D-CH and B2B Outbound LeadGen, Manager/Head of Sales SME and Solution Channel Region East/ZH, Manager/Head of Sales Medium Region East/ZH, Senior Account Manager B2B, and Account Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic and operational sales management, revenue responsibility, personnel management, and development/coaching/leadership of sales teams.

Patrick's early career includes a role as Manager at Ranger Marketing, where they managed strategic and operational sales in the B2B/B2C segments in the Eastern Switzerland CH/Vorarlberg AT region, supporting various companies in brand building and customer acquisition. Patrick also had personnel management responsibilities, overseeing up to 150 employees.

Patrick Bollhalder's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Patrick obtained a St.Galler Management (CAS) degree in Strategie/Finanz/Leadership Management from Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften. Patrick also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in General Management and a Dipl.Betriebswirtschaftler NDS HF in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung, both from European Business School St.Gallen. Additionally, Patrick has a HWD Höheres Wirtschaftsdiplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from HSO St.Gallen.

In terms of certifications, Patrick has obtained an EF SET English Certificate 65/100 (C1 Advanced) from EF Education First and an SCiON Advisor Certification from Anapaya Systems. The EF English certificate was obtained in June 2023, while the SCiON Advisor Certification was obtained in February 2023.
