Derek Ellis

Derek Ellis is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at Anaplan since March 2016, Derek previously held senior recruiting roles at Zenefits and The Bowdoin Group, where notable achievements included winning the 2014 President’s Club, as well as receiving the 2013 Top Producer and Top Individual Net Promoter Score awards. Prior to these positions, Derek worked at Robert Half in various capacities, including Division Director, and also held management positions at ClinLab Staffing and Bioforce Solutions. Derek holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned between 2000 and 2004.
