Kat Carvey is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in performance testing and team management. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Anaplan since July 2015, Kat has held various roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer, focusing on delivering customer features and enhancing performance testing frameworks. Prior experience includes positions at Isotoma Limited as a Test Analyst and at Experian QAS as a Test Trainee, complementing a strong educational background with a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hull and a BSc in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from the University of Sunderland.
